Mission

To grow and export organic and Fairtrade bananas from the Ecuadorian coast through traceable, verifiable processes, strengthening our partner growers with technical, agronomic and commercial support, stable contracts and payments on time.

Vision

To be the international benchmark for Ecuadorian organic bananas: known for the transparency of our processes, the consistent quality of our fruit and for sharing value fairly along the whole chain.

Security policy

Marplantis is committed to security, integrity and legal compliance at every stage of the chain. We run a security control and management system to prevent illicit activity (drug trafficking, smuggling, corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing) through access control, container inspection, staff screening and training, and open whistle-blowing channels.
