Our philosophy is to sow the land with respect for the environment in order to preserve its sustainability. The integration of land - water cultivation of shrimps is our specialty. We are convinced that in order to maintain a high quality production we must take care of our resources.
The preparation of the shrimp pools have a bottom soil base of earth-worm humus, zeolite and a mixture developed by ourselves of beneficial micro organisms diluted with molasses. These applications help us treat naturally the land and water. We also take good care of the digestive and nutritional system of the shrimp with food containing pro-biotic which free us from the worries of shrimp sickness. That is the way we prevent pathogenic bacterial diseases, maintaining our shrimps very healthy and resistant.
Our last implementation in the technological field is the animal feed plant that is what it has helped us to have a stronger production and this causes that we have an excellent product with an optimal quality and good flavor.
We have 1127 acres in process to get an organic certification.
